Refund policy

In order to keep our prices consistently competitive, we follow these guidelines for consumer returns.

We offer a first-time money-back guarantee on your first purchase of any Buddy Biotics product within 30 days of your order. If you are unhappy with your first purchase for any reason, please let us know, and we will offer you a refund. While we always try to offer the best and most convenient customer service possible, due to the nature of our products we are unable to process returns, refunds or exchanges for any additional orders.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, a detailed explanation of your complaint, and return of the product. Your feedback and suggestions will be helpful in creating a better experience for everyone! Please send this to bark@buddybiotics.com.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
